Notary Services

We provide notary services local to Centre County Pennsylvania and mobile services throughout the Commonwealth. After hours notarizations are also offered. In addition, we are certified for online notarization through NotaryCam (www.notarycam.com).

We provide the following notary services:

• Taking an acknowledgment: Confirming the signer's identity and that they voluntarily signed the document for its stated purpose.

• Administering an oath or affirmation: A formal, legally binding pledge of truthfulness.

• Taking a verification on oath/affirmation: Swearing to the truthfulness of a document, often utilized for affidavits.

• Witnessing or attesting a signature: Watching the signer physically sign the document.

• Certifying or attesting a copy: Verifying that a document (such as a passport or diploma) is a true and exact copy of the original.

• Noting a protest of negotiable instruments: Certifying that a bill of exchange or promissory note has been dishonored.
